Oceanafrican tours Ltd is a Destination Management Company (DMC) . 

We are  professional services company that specializes in organizing and executing events, tours, and travel logistics within a specific destination. They act as local experts, handling everything from venue selection and transportation to accommodation and entertainment, ensuring smooth and successful events. DMCs are particularly useful for corporate events, conferences, and incentive travel, leveraging their local knowledge and connections to provide unique and tailored experiences.

Your refund amount depends on the type of booking you chose. Hotels  & Villas  set these rules, and you can find them before you make your booking and in your confirmation email.

When you cancel a booking, the refund process follows this logic:

Check the cancellation policy attached to your booking (free, partial, or non-refundable).

Determine when you cancel in relation to the policy's deadline.

Here is what you can expect depending on your Cancellation policy:

1. Free Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge before a specific deadline.

If cancelled before the deadline, a full refund will be issued automatically within 7 business days (timing may vary depending on your bank).

After the deadline passes, the booking becomes partially or fully non-refundable.

2. Partially Refundable

You can cancel for a reduced fee (less than the full booking cost) before a specific deadline.

If cancelled in time, a partial refund will be processed within 7 business days (timing may vary depending on your bank).

After the deadline, the booking becomes non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable

These bookings cannot be refunded at any time, regardless of the cancellation date.

While less flexible, they often come at a lower price and are ideal if your travel plans are certain.

Where to find your cancellation policy

Confirmation email (look for the “Cancellation policy” section)

Reservation dates cannot be amended once your booking is confirmed.

This is because we offer a comparison of hotels & Villas deals from all major booking providers, and work with real-time data which is constantly updated. As the rates and availability are subject to change, reservations cannot be amended while securing the original conditions.

If you cannot make it to your booking we recommend that you cancel the booking and make a new one for the desired dates. Please make sure to first read the Cancellation policy of the booking as not all cancellations can be refunded .
