Reservation Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation Confirmation

   • A reservation is confirmed once a deposit is received. You will receive a confirmation email with all booking details.

2. Payment Terms

   • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking.
   • The remaining balance is due 10 days before check-in.
   • Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation.

3. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
   • Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
   • In case of a no-show, the entire reservation amount will be forfeited.

4. Check-in and Check-out

   • Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival.
   • Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure.
   • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

5. Security Deposit

   • A refundable security deposit of [Amount] is required upon arrival. This will be returned within 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.

6. Occupancy and Guests

   • The villa can accommodate up to 4 guests.
   • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional guests must be approved in advance.

7. House Rules

   • No smoking inside the villa.
   • No pets allowed unless prior approval is granted.
   • Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 8:00 to respect the neighborhood.

8. Damages and Liability

   • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa during their stay.
   • The villa owner is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by guests during their stay.

9. Force Majeure

   • The villa owner is not liable for any cancellation or changes caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions, etc.).

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined above.
